Acne and Vitamin B
I
read a lot in the past about the use of various B
vitamins to help treat acne vulgaris. The
only problem is that everywhere you look, they say
different is a B vitamin that should be used to treat
acne. Very
often, I thought it was vitamin B5, but other locations
are also saying that it is even B1 and B12, which need
not and B5.
So I
was wondering, does anyone out there had a great success,
and had no negative side, by a combination of B vitamins
for treating acne? Of
course, there is much concern if the B vitamins are not
soluble in water, which could quickly accumulate to toxic
levels in the body, however, most B vitamins, including
B5, are water soluble, which means that
you
transmit to your body when you urinate on a daily basis,
so there is no danger of toxicity, unless you take such
high levels that the body can not rid of him fast
enough.
Vitamin B5 is also
called pantothenic acid. You
see this ingredient in dry skin and nails vitamins and
many treatments for acne and skin treatment that is
natural, however, is somewhat concerned about the use of
higher doses of vitamin mainly just to help
treat
acne, as there are side effects reported anecdotally as
lethargy.
I
have a problem with a very high dose of vitamins and that
is what some of these treatments for acne B5 I want to
do. While
high doses of vitamins or minerals should be treated with
extreme caution, like vitamins or minerals, or any other
components of the treatment of this issue, can be toxic
to one person. Even
the healthiest of vitamins such as vitamin C, can be
taken too. You
can get sores in the mouth too much acid and take, and is
one of the more harmless vitamins there.
The B
vitamins help the metabolism and processing of fats and
carbohydrates in the body. As
you know, the B12 is a B vitamin that is used to energize
the body giving great bursts of energy.
The
interesting part of the theory of vitamin B is somehow
trace back acne fat storage in cells or something of that
nature.
To be
honest, do not look much, because I happen to agree with
mega doses well. I
believe that vitamin B is an excellent addition to acne,
but only in small doses, megadoses nothing big or as some
suggest. I
think there are better ways to treat acne, but this is
only my personal opinion. Anyone who
disagrees or has another facet of the story, please feel
free to comment here - that's what it is.
